Acrobatics

Students learn how to skillfully control and master their own bodies by first building up their upper body strength and core stability. Once they achieve the control, strength and flexibility required, they move on to learn basic acrobatic movements such as bridges, handstands and cartwheels. As the students develop further confidence, they progress to perform more challenging acrobatics according to their individual range of flexibility and strength.
