Anastasia Frost started dancing at 4 years old, training in Jazz, Tap, Ballet, Contemporary, Lyrical, Hip-Hop, Musical Theatre and Acrobatics. Anastasia has danced competively for over 10 years and has competed in various competitions were she has placed. She has competed nationally representing Sydney for Musical theatre placing first. In her HSC she was nominated for all three dance components and received Band 6 for Dance. Anastasia has been teaching at Tammy Worth Academy and dancing as a student since she was 15. Anastasia has completed her RAD Ballet exams to Intermediate level, ADA Bar to Gold jazz and Gold tap, followed by ADA Pre-Elementary Jazz Exam part 1 and 2. Anastasia has also choreographed troupes for completions in school placing 1st and 2nd. She loves seeing her students flourish into beautiful dancers and seeing them improve week by week. Anastasia aims to teach in a caring and loving environment so that her students will grow into strong outstanding dancers with a strong love and passion towards dance as she does.
