Anastasia Frost started dancing at 4 years old, training in Jazz, Tap, Ballet, Contemporary, Lyrical, Hip-Hop, Musical Theatre and Acrobatics. Anastasia has danced competitively for over 10 years and has competed in various competitions. She has competed nationally representing Sydney for Musical theatre placing first. In her HSC she was nominated for all three dance components and received Band 6 for Dance. Anastasia has been teaching at Tammy Worth Academy and dancing as a student since she was 15. Anastasia has completed her RAD Ballet exams to Intermediate level, ADA Bar to Gold Jazz and Gold Tap, followed by ADA Pre-Elementary Jazz Exams. Anastasia has also choreographed winning troupes for school competitions. She loves seeing her students improve week by week and flourish into beautiful dancers.  Anastasia aims to teach in a caring and loving environment sharing her love and passion towards dance.
