Students learn specially designed stretch, strength and flexibility exercises to improve their overall dance technique. Learning  the building block skills sets required to do fantastic kicks, turns and leaps.  They learn how to execute and excel with their technique and develop confidence to master dance sequences with deeper levels of complexity. Achieving this level of confidence in their dancing, the students are then able to perform their dance routines with the added ‘WOW’ factor.  We highly encourage all dance students 10 years & over to take part in these valuable classes.
